Refund Policy

2. Refunds:

 

• Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed within 7 business days.

• Refunds will be made via your original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

 

3. Exchanges:

 

• If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video). We will arrange a replacement or refund.

 

 

4. Non-Returnable Items:

 

• Sale items, gift cards, and promotional bundles are not eligible for return/refund.
