2. Products & Orders

• Product descriptions and prices are provided in good faith but may change without notice.

• Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received in full.

• AutoLuxSA reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or error.

3. Payments

• Payments must be made through the secure methods provided at checkout.

• All prices include 15% VAT, unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped within South Africa only.

• Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

• Risk passes to the customer once the order has been delivered.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days if the product is unused and in its original packaging.

• Opened or used items cannot be returned (except for damaged or incorrect products, reported within 48 hours).

6. Liability

• AutoLuxSA is not responsible for damage caused by misuse or incorrect application of products.

• Professional application is recommended for advanced detailing products.

7. Privacy & Data

• Personal information is collected for order processing and customer support only, in line with our Privacy Policy.

• We do not share your data with third parties except where required to complete your order (e.g., couriers).
